Biography
Jocelyn Scofield is an independent singer/songwriter, whose work has been compared to music legends Joni Mitchell and Carol King, as well as contemporary artists Sara Bareilles and Fiona Apple. She has performed in 25 states and traveled over 50,000 miles during the past four years performing at festivals, coffee houses, conferences, concert series and art fairs, among other venues.

Indie-Music Magazine called her a “true composer … with a voice like a gutsier Fiona Apple.” CollectedSounds.com wrote: “It’s an excellent showcase for her strong vocals and piano playing. Vocally she has the same force as Jewel once had, and some of Fiona Apple's jazz inflections.” She has also co-written songs with Grammy Award winners and hit country songwriters.
In October of 2009, Jocelyn released her third album, "A Witty Girl," which was produced by Grammy Award winning producer Mitch Dane. The album is available on Amazon, CD Baby, iTunes, and Rhapsody. Click here to visit her online store.
